Shipping
We pack from Hong Kong. Lead time is usually 2–5 working days after we confirm the invoice, longer for workshop restocks.
Methods
Small parcels go by courier (typically 5–12 working days depending on destination). Heavy stoneware and iron may ship by air or sea freight; we quote this on the confirmation email.
Duties
Import tax, VAT and brokerage in your country are yours unless we have agreed DDP in writing. Please give a deliverable address and a phone number the courier can use.
Breakage
Ceramic and iron are packed with moulded pulp and double-wall cartons. If something arrives broken, see Returns.
