Write to DollarTrading1@outlook.com within 14 days of delivery if a piece is unused, in original packing, and not a food-contact item that has been washed.
What we take back
Unused boards, unused linen (unwashed), unopened ceramic that has not been used with food. We do not take back opened oil pourers, used mitts, or pieces damaged by the customer.
Damaged in transit
Photograph the outer carton, inner wrap and the piece on the day you receive it and send the pictures with your order note. We will replace or refund the damaged item.
How to return
Wait for a return authorisation. Ship back to ROOM A5, 7/F, ASTORIA BUILDING, NO.34 ASHLEY ROAD, TSIM SHA TSUI, HONG KONG. Unless the piece is faulty, return freight is yours. Refunds are made to the original payment method after inspection (usually 10 working days).
