Unused boards. Unwashed linen. Unopened ceramic that has not met food. Unused tools still in wrap. Cast iron that has not been seasoned further by you.
Returns
If a piece needs to come back.
Write to DollarTrading1@outlook.com within 14 days of delivery. Wait for an authorisation before you ship.
We cannot take
Opened oil pourers. Washed towels or mitts. Jars missing lids. Pieces you have used in the kitchen. Damage from drops, dishwashers or thermal shock.
Broken in transit
Photograph the outer carton, the inner wrap and the piece the day it arrives. Send the pictures with your order note. We replace or refund the damaged item and we cover that freight.

Ask first
Email us the SKU, what is wrong, and photos if the piece is damaged. Do not post it back until we send a return number.

Pack and ship
Send to ROOM A5, 7/F, ASTORIA BUILDING, NO.34 ASHLEY ROAD, TSIM SHA TSUI, HONG KONG. Change of mind: you pay return freight. Faulty goods: we pay. Use a tracked service.

Refund
After inspection, usually within 10 working days, back to the original payment method. Exchanges depend on workshop stock — we will say so in the reply.
