What we collect
If you write to us or send a bag enquiry we store your name, email, optional phone, shipping note and the contents of the message. Server logs may include IP address, browser and pages requested, kept for security and diagnosis for up to 90 days.
Cookies
The shopping bag is stored in your browser (localStorage). We do not set advertising cookies and we do not run third-party remarketing pixels on this site.
Use
We use your details only to answer you, confirm stock, arrange shipping, and meet bookkeeping or legal duties in Hong Kong. We do not sell personal data.
Processors
Email is delivered via our mailbox provider. The site is hosted on a server in the region we operate. If a courier needs a delivery name and address we pass only what is required to complete the shipment.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months, or longer if a transaction or dispute requires it under Hong Kong law.
